    Leech Lake is one of THE PREMIER lakes in Minnesota with an incredible 102,000+ Acres of recreational water.  Many species of fish are present in this lake ranging from Muskie, Walleye, Northern, Yellow Perch, and Cisco to name a few.  In other words, this is known a predominate Minnesota fishing lake. 

    The properties are located on the well known Otter Tail Point part of Leech Lake.  This property used to be owned by a prominent MN business family and has never before been available to the general public.  Back in the 1920's and beyond, the only way to get to this part of the lake was to take a boat.  There used to be a bar/dance hall located by this property in the 1940's and the grapevine has it that some unsavory characters from Chicago used to "vacation" in this area.  Many stories abound from the local population regarding these people and the time spent, true and interesting!
